Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, Montana, is our premier property for conferences, corporate meetings, and events. Beginning Fall 2026, the lodge will debut a stunning new 8,250-square-foot event pavilion designed to welcome everything from board meetings and banquets to large conferences and community gatherings. With more than 11,000 square feet of flexible space — including nine conference rooms, breakout areas, and the new pavilion — we offer settings that combine mountain inspiration with professional function. Our dedicated events team provides full-service support, including customized catering menus, state-of-the-art AV, and seamless planning assistance.

Groups can step outside for golf at Whitefish Lake Golf Course, explore downtown Whitefish just minutes away, or venture farther into the beauty of Glacier National Park and Flathead Lake.
