Just footsteps from Grouse Mountain Lodge on the property occupied by the Whitefish Lake Golf Course in summer, the Glacier Nordic Center offers 15 kilometers of impeccably groomed trails for both skate and classic cross country skiing. In the evening, 3 kilometers of the trails are lit for night skiing. Afterwards, skiers can savor a hot drink by Grouse’s outdoor fire pit or inside at Logan's Bar. Nordic Ski rentals are available accross the street from the hotel and a trail ticket is required.
The Glacier Nordic Center is located in Grouse Mountain Lodge’s backyard.
To ski Glacier National Park, most visitors park at Lake McDonald Lodge.
