Boat Tours & Rentals in Glacier National Park

Climb aboard a historic wooden boat on one of five lakes in Glacier-Waterton for a scenic and interpretive boat tour. Tours are unique to each lake. Because the tours are different at each location, you can take one or take them all for an eclectic learning experience.
See Sexton Glacier and remnants from Louis Hill’s cabin on St. Mary Lake. Sail aboard the most historic boat in the fleet on Lake McDonald. Learn rich Blackfeet history while touring Two Medicine Lake. Take in majestic beauty on Swiftcurrent Lake in Many Glacier. Cruise the shoreline of beautiful upper Waterton Lake from the Waterton Marina.
If you’d like to be your own captain, there are kayak, canoe and motor boat rentals available. Rentals are available on Lake McDonald at both Apgar and Lake McDonald Lodge, Two Medicine Lake, Many Glacier and at Cameron Lake in Waterton Lakes.
